This website and its service are operated by “made at mine” (we). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 07793467 and with our registered office address at 14a Hartfield Crescent, Wimbledon, SW19 3SD.
By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Customer Terms. If you do not agree to these Customer Terms then please do not use the Services or any part of them.
All items currently offer free postage to UK addresses (unless stated otherwise on the product page). If you wish to have delivery to an international address please get in conact.
Returns and Refunds policy
For most products, you have 14 days to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. This applies to cancellable goods (there’s a guide below to help you see what’s cancellable and what isn’t).
Any refunds processed will go back onto the card used to pay or the PayPal account used to purchase; within 14 days of informing made at mine that your order is being returned or cancelled.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancellable and non-refundable:
- Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered as standard), is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element
To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before ordering.
How to cancel an order
If your order is cancellable and you wish to cancel or return an order please email: email@example.com stating the reason for cancellation/ return. Please check to see if your item is cancellable before retuning.
How to return an item

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you have spoken to made at mine and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are only payable in that currency. You accept that some banks may charge you an additional fee for certain transactions (for example, international transactions). You accept that item prices in the currencies displayed do not vary according to your location; delivery charges will vary depending on the destination to choose to have the item delivered. All prices displayed do not include VAT or other sales taxes as made at mine is not VAT registered.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. If you order goods from our Site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
